Fundamentals of Cooking

Cake Bake & Decorate

Join us every Friday evening or Saturday afternoon for our Cooking Workshops. We take care of it all, the ingredients, the equipment, and best of all the clean-up!

This 4-class series will be held every Saturday. The skills we teach include cutting techniques, food science basics, and baking!

Do you have a bit of a sweet tooth? In this 4-class workshop, we’ll teach you everything you’ll need to know about baking; from basics to buttercream!

The professional courses are designed to teach you the culinary foundations necessary to launch your career, whether the objective is to work in a kitchen, open your own food related business, change your career, or expand your knowledge to make you the best cook you can possibly be. Classes are available for baking and general culinary skills.

Do you have a little chef in your family? Foodie Foundry LLC is here to help! Kids will learn how to safely and creatively chop, mix, and prepare delicious meals under the guidance of our professional chefs.

Summer Camps

The Kids Monthly Cook and Bake Series are the perfect match for your child with a flair for food! Classes meet for 1.5 hours, once a week throughout the month. Children will learn a variety of cooking and baking skills.

Charter Funds may be used for our Kids Monthly Homeschool Cook & Bake Series from the following schools: Sky Mountain Charter School, iLead, Excel, Sage Oak, Cabrillo Point Academy, Granite Mountain Charter, Compass Charter Schools.
